Yes, we do offer a pet taxi service at the cost of a £5 service fee + £1 per mile. We understand that a little bit of extra help can make all the difference to reduce any anxiety you may be having about leaving your pet behind. Alternatively, you might not have the time or just prefer to keep your car clean and free from pet hair before you go away.
We can pick up and drop off or just provide transport one way, whichever suits your needs.
Yes. Animal welfare is really important to us at UltiMutts. We would not board any dogs without having the correct regulations in place.
Yes. We have full public liability cover for 'Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, Pet Taxi, and Pet Home Boarding'.
We are fully licenced to board 5 dogs at any one time. Sometimes, this can just be due to a crossover in drop off and pick up times.
However, in the event that there is a dog being boarded at the same time as yours, we do our utmost to make sure that you are notified at the time of booking.
All dogs are also subject to the same requirements. Therefore, none will ever pose any danger to your dog(s).
Dogs will never be walked off lead without written consent from the owner. Off-lead walking will be dependant upon the reliability of your, dog's recall with us, how they interact with other dogs and their surroundings. Dogs will only be walked off-lead if we consider it safe to do so.
We cannot guarantee dogs will be walked off-lead, even if arranged, as it depends on multiple factors such as weather, location, other dogs and dog behaviour. Walking off-lead may only be for a section of the walk, not the full duration.
